Asha Leitner
Asha is GCFP and has been specializing in working with children with a wide range of developmental difficulties, as well as adults with neurological problems and chronic pain.
She is also a graduate of Anat Baniel Method for Children.
She holds her private practice in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and is practicing the Feldenkrais Method® for children with special needs at The Field Center for Children's Integrated Development.
She holds a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and worked as a dancer and choreographer in US and abroad.
Her background as a dancer as well as her passion for Aikido in which she holds a black belt, provide a rich ground for understanding the physiology and the principles of human movement.
